Can someone help me get the Ghostly Gibus hat?

All I need to do is dominate a player who is wearing any Gibus hat and I get it too, I think. That is how the achievement works according to the wiki:
Ghastly Gibus Grab
Dominate a player wearing the Ghastly Gibus to earn your own.

I wouldn't worry too much about getting the Gibus. It's a decent hat, but the problem is a lot of newer players who have yet to pay for anything tend to wear it. It's become the symbol of a stereotypical "Noob" or "F2P" player. It's a stereotype which I strongly disagree with, but it exists nonetheless.

I would advise you against wearing it, at least until you can become a premium player. You'd be able to dodge a lot of mockery that way. The Ghostly Gibus is an achievement item though, un-tradeable. so if you still like it, hang on to it. You wouldn't be able to get another one.

I threw mine out though, something I really regret. Blame the lack of space in my formerly F2P inventory...

Thanks for the advice, however I usually care little of other people's negative opinions on me, and I am premium at the moment, is there a way to tell if a player is premium other than through the items they own?
