shoot not directly at it, it can airblast with precision a rocket that was directed torward it, rely on blast damage to kill it.

if the pyro airblats the rocket it won't hit you since it was coming to the pyro from the side

run towards him without firing, he'll airblast anyway. use the chance to fire a rocket and kill him.

shoot at teh ground and use your shotgun.
no matter how skilled they are, they will not be able to deflect every single rocket especially when there will be teammates that can help you kill them, so just shoot and dodge and another teammate will probably ambush the pyro and he'll be dead :P
or just run if you do not trust your own skills

The airm for the feet strategy worked for me sionce I was able to kill a pyro that was able to deflect my rockets and push me around with the airblast, I also got an assist for trying to kill another pyro. Aiming for the feet seems like a good strategu\y for killing all classes.
