What is the defined definition of Open Trade
I have no real idea on what Open Trade means. no one gives me a good definiton. WHAT DOES IT MEAN!?

It means the person in question is accepting trade offers.

Well aren't most people accepting offers? Isn't that the point of the trade division.

Some people hate it when they got way too much trade offers. Especially if they got trading request spam.
