Problem With Singleplayer

I was playing practice mode with AI, and noticed they were all acting weird, some Heavies would rev up their gun and look straight up, and a Medic kept on walking into a wall. On the enemy team, an Engineer kept on building teleporters in odd spots, like (somehow) inside of walls. One soldier somehow had a rare cosmetic (I thought AI couldn't have cosmetics) and one enemy Demoman kept on saying the same voiceline. A couple minutes after that they all played normally except one friendly Scout, which kept on following me with a pistol out and saying "Thanks pally!" repeatedly, over and over. The game said that all of the AI left, but that one Scout remained in the game, following me. I looked in the players in-game, but it said I was the only one in the match. The game crashed and gave me an error code (I never saw TF2 error codes before, and it said, "TF2.exe has unexpectedly closed. Error Code: FNIX. I Googled up that error code, but only saw the main antagonist in Generation Zero (A video game I played years ago before my Xbox fell off of my television stand.) I'm confused and never saw stuff like this in my favorite hero shooter game.]

Wrong site. Wrong place. I've seen scarier stuff literally in games and in real life.

Also the fact that TF2 hasn't gotten any major updates made someone to make TF2 practice bot documentaries as if they were wild animals on Youtube.

This is the discussions page, it's for discussing and reporting glitches, which I had. It may have been a mod conflicting.
