Didn't receive item after reaching Engineer Milestone 1.

I just unlocked Engineer Milestone 1 and did not receive the item 'Frontier Justice'. Is there something wrong with my account?

I doubt if anyone here can help because your inventory is not public, so we cannot even tell if you have it now. Maybe there was a temporary item server glitch.

Don't know to be 100% honest. I only got back into TF2 recently after 2-3 years of inactivity.

Something to consider is that your account at one time used a program to achieve all the tf2 achievements in order to receive the items that are associated with them, and then reset the achievements and deleted the items at some time.

That is what I am seeing.

I do not recall using a program to unlock achievements or deleting anything from TF2. Is there any way to 'reset' my TF2 account so I can unlock the weapons again?

Well, if what I suggested didn't take place, then patience is all that you will need.
Is there someone else who might have used your account without your permission? Perhaps they did the dirty deed.

Is there any way to send Valve/Steam a support ticket and ask them? I don't see the option of sending a ticket on Steamsupport.

yea i did actually used a program when i was 10 year old to do that and then when i was 12 reset all that, sadly i can't get the wrangler cause before i had bad friends now i see that's there's nothing i can do about that
