Balloons and Confetti
Played TF2 today to find out that every time someone gets shot Balloons and Confetti come out instead of blood.
Is it the TF2 Birthday or did I miss something?
I am playing the game in Germany, I know our version is censored, but this is new.

But there are other things that can kick it in, like Pyro vision...

It ain't Pyrovision.
Voices are normal, Signs are normal, textures are normal.
Just the Balloons are there for some reason.

same problem no pyrovision but its on evry server ,skial,valve,you name it
