Why is the loose cannon worth over 3 keys? What's so special about it?

It was only available in a limited edition crate, so there are a lot fewer of them than most other stranges.

Price on items is based on supply and demand; it seems overpriced compared to other Strange Demo Primaries because it isn't such a popular weapon, but there just aren't that many of them for the few people who DO want them, so that makes it relatively expensive. If it were a more popular item it would probably be even MORE expensive, like the also rare but far more in-demand Strange Kritz and Strange Gunslinger have been.
