Well, if we look at it this way, Soldier jugling can be done by just shooting at the enemy, while the airblast stun is done by clicking the button. Sure, it's easy to just click M2, but notice that a lot of people playing on public servers don't really know about it, while everyone knows to shoot at people with a rocket, which results in jugling.
Also, grenade and sticky jugling requires more skill than that of a rocket, imo

At any rate, any change to airblast would required to be added bundled with the much needed complete pyro rework.

every single time this is what happens to "skilled" pyros might as well w+m1 since the results are about the sme
I've had demoknights beat me in a DPS fight.
I was in a vent and we were blocking eachother. Both held M1... he kept winning.
On that note, the flame durability kind of ♥♥♥♥♥ the pyro.
