Not because it's hard to get,but that they added grades for these cosmetics.

You get a case from random drop. You open it with a key. You get a hat, that can be strange or unusual.
There are A LOT of other crates that work the same way. You find them, you unbox them, you get a hat that might be strange or unusual.
The only difference is that you need the coin to get those new crates, but it's not much of a problem, as you can get them without spending a penny (trade for the Pass and use it to get coin)
You really think that making them possible to craft is that important? What is the chance of crafting one, amongst 1000+ other cosmetics?
Now they want to implement a quality system on top of the already existing quality system into cosmetics too?
This will not end well.
