120-30 fps and still laggy

Hello i have between 120 and 30 fps, but still laggy, dont know why, my friend has same computer and same settings but he have good performance on tf but me not, any help?

Can't agree more that 610M is pretty weak.

EDIT: Actually i play L4D2 on 720 and it runs fine.

lol played tf2 on 800x600 on my old pc too, and still experienced freezes. tf2 is not well optimized and you need a mid end gaming laptop if you want to play the game smoothly if you have the budget for a $1000 laptop, you can easily get one that can run almost all games (even some of the new next gen games at low)
