Sniper Scope Visual Glitch

So ever since the last update I have an annoying visual glitch when playing Sniper. The blackness around the screen, when scoping or unscoping flashes a few times before becoming normal.

This is EXTREMELY distracting when you're trying to shoot little men in the head.

Any one else have this problem? I believe I've seen it before, but neither Google nor the Community here comes up with any decent results.

it's just a graphical implication, since certain screen modifications happen serverside before clientside first, sometimes the game does weird snappy stuffs. if you want to avoid it, you can just disable the scope, retexture it yourself which idk how to do, or enter in that one console command which does instant unscope as soon as you fire.
