The only thing you can technically do to bypass the 7 day week thing is buy a game.

But either you will have to Gift the person the game first, or the other person would have to trade you the items first. As for the game can not be traded for 30 days, but it can be gifted right on the spot.

So in short, no there is no other site to spend your Steam Funds on.

The 1 week system is there to protect you. Do like all of us do and just wait.

no its called steam community market, mann co. store and read the date
