How do you get a golden pan?

I've been looking everywhere online for a viable way towards earning a golden pan. I really want to get one so I can complete my demoknight loadout for the rest of my tf2 career. Any info or help at all in the discussions would be highly appreciated.

a golden pan is really expensive, either you have someone super generous, or you are going to spend a lot of money for it

how to get the golden pan?
1) be the luckiest mann ever and have it drop from MVM [any advanced mission work]

2) trade it...but be ready with a load of unusual/australiums [a golden pan is roughly 1 000 keys or $2 000]

3) buy it from the market [look above for the pricing]

On two cities, im guessing the rate for it is pretty low, tho I have to ask.. is there something like a near-average number of tours you can play to get it? or is it just a drop system and the rate per tour is the same?

I mean don't get me wrong, I'll put in the time and chance it since i've played some boot camp here n there, and enjoy it a good bit more then the base game
