TF2 Broken achievements system

Well I could not find any thred about this but I found (so far) 4 broken achievements!

*Pyro*
1. Omgwtfbbq - Kill an enemy with a taunt. (Didn't work for me but many others have it)
2. Pyromancer - Do 1 million points of total fire damage. (I still have 0) Even when I played pyro for many many many hours! (With flamethrower)

*Scout*
3. Quick Hook - Kill a player in Well before the round starts. (I have done this many times, still haven't earned it)
4. Back 2 Back - While using the Back Scatter, kill a Heavy/Medic pair within 20 seconds of each other. (Done it, but still ... nope)

I have made reports of this but it has not been fixed! (Not for me atleast)

I will keep uppdating this as I try to hunt for achievements for TF2!
