it wouldn't make an exception as a taunt. Due to the love and war update, all partner taunts work with enemies as well.

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes! I would give all my money to have this as a real taunt! I'd ask everyone for a hug. My Conscientious Objector says "free warm hugs" so this would make my life complete.

Spy and scout hugging would be nice, actually. Perhaps a little confusion and then contentment from the spy. He is Scout's father after all.
