Taunts or cosmetics?

I have quite a bit of taunts in my inventory and I can't decide if I should sell them for cosmetics. Honestly, I'm not a big cosmetic person. I like animations better. But it's kinda sad to see me with the modest pile of hat and those glasses you get when you're selected as the person who was thanked for buying something from the store. Or something. Anyways, I like the taunts, and I'll probably regret it. I can get quite a bit of cosmetics with these taunts.

I still can't decide though. It's just fashion. And I can't think of any down sides that would change my mind to sell the taunts.

Cosmetics are passive, taunts are not.

Not sure what you mean by that. But I think I'll just sell my soldier's requiem taunt. And get some cosmetics that way.

You might taunt someone once in a while. But a cosmetic will always be seen, so it's passive.

Keep taunts that you find special. Cosmetics are always seen (pretty much what Pakaku said). You can trade up some taunts for nice hats and beefed up weapons. Just match up the prices so you can get the most out of who you're trading with.

Alright, I meant the taunts like rancho relaxo. Or something like that. I wouldn't use that to taunt after killing someone. Only by accident. But taunts like that to make the game a little more enjoyable. I don't really want to be stuck with looking at my character and seeing something good. I want to do something good. So, I'll just sell that new soldier taunt that I really don't like and get some cosmetics for each class. Not a bunch, but a little. Maybe a hat or so.

I'd keep the good taunts and/or all class taunts.
For instance, i used to have a square dance and schandenfreude, but got scammed, so now i have a high-five taunt and a conga taunt.

The current taunts i have are high five, conga, chiken wings, and the coffee thing.

Fair enough, I honestly like taunts quite a bit but consider it weird to see someone lacking on cosmetics using expensive taunts. You could get enough to give your favorite classes some pizazz.
