It was a while ago, but if my memory serves correct then it gave the name highlight that lets you know the uploader of the video left the comment. That, and clicking on the name lead to his channel.

again can easily be faked people Imposter Youtubers all the time! hell if i recall this correctly because this happened quite some time ago Jarek the Blood Dragon had his entire Steam Account (don't ask me how) Copy and Pastied exactly word for word on someone else's Account with the full intent on Impostering him!
