Can you regift an item that is already gifted?

So lets say I have an item which has already been gifted, can I take that item and apply a gift wrap again?

Go into whatever item you want, and clean it, it's an option in the items when you click it. Then just wrap it and open it and your name will be on it.

You would have to open the gift, then rewrap with new giftwrap.

Of course, I plan on buying a gifted unusual for a friend, but then gifting it to them myself so it has my name on it is all.

In that case, just wrap it and the new "gifted from: X" text will say your name instead of the original. Treat it as if it never had a gifted tag to begin with if you're wrapping.
