Why do people love Female Pyro?
No one wants a Female Heavy because she will be big.
Pyro looks fatter that Heavy, you can see he has fatty legs, bigger butt and fatter arms. Then, female one will be another big one.

"It's Pyro's suit...", well if you shoot the outermost part of the suit, he still bleeds. From Meet the Medic, clothes are part of their bodies. (Medic heals Heavy, his clothes regenerates along with his flesh.)

Pyro has been the subject of more conspiracy theories than any other character. Perhaps it's feeling validated?

The pyro is obviously female alien robotic Abraham Lincoln.

FemPyro could be canon, but the fact is... that suit is not skin-tight at all.

I don't think any flame retardant suit is meant to be skin tight.

None of them are, if they were, you'll get burned through the fabric since it's tight enough to reach.

Which is exactly why those leather-fetish FemPyro models make no sense.

It also falseifies specific *ahem* theories that rely on suit proportions to guess at the Pyro's identity.
