How do I get my gif spray to play faster?

This is the spray in question, it plays kinda slow in-game, so I wanted to boost it to be a little more rhythmy, if that makes sense. I have VTF edit, but idk how to make it play faster. Anyhelp is appreciated D:

I'm fairly certain animated sprays are fixed at 5 frames/sec or so.

Really? I found a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ version of the gif I'm wanting, it went pretty fast, or at least faster than the one I'm currently using. Maybe I'm just in denial. Thanks either way ;n;

Depends on the size / quality of the gif you're making into a spray.

Are you making the Gif yourself? Via the VTFEdit program, or just downloading already existing gif sprays?

I'm using an already existing VTF file, I linked it in the description, so yeah it's not mine, but couldn't I edit the speed somehow?

i'm pretty sure sprays have a locked framerate

you can change the speed of animated VTFs via VMT parameters when they're used for things like menu elements, but animatedtextureframerate has no effect when applied to VTFs being used for sprays

i've tried it

have you tried removing frames of animation to make it appear as if its moving faster
