Custom Win/Lose Sounds

So I'm trying to change the end of round music to be something different, to ENHANCE my TF2 gaming experience, the only problem is, I suck at it. I have the songs downloaded into an mp3 that can go into my tf/custom/my_custom_stuff/sound/misc folder, but idk how to name it, or if I am even doing it right.
please someone with an IQ higher than 40 help

Ok first of all, you can go to Gamebannana.com, go to the TF2 section then select sounds, then roam around, check the ones that are NEW and up-to date, and make sure they have a good rating. It may not tell you the instructions but they may. I have a custom sound, which were SAS pyro, dubstep when the round begins, and more. then some crazy stuff happened and i lost the sounds. sigh.

Use the sv_pure 1 Sound Utility Script[gamebanana.com] if you want to enjoy them on official servers. It doesn't work on sv_pure 2 servers.

Even if the tutorial asks you to extract only some folders: Make sure to extract everything from 'hl2', otherwise you might have some missing sound files like the health pickup sound cue! Redo this every time new sounds get added (e.g. small weapon tweaks, new announcer lines)

this does not really help with installing them i am having the same problem and i need help so please help me install i have the files and they are from game banana i just do not know where to put it.

PS: No idea if you even require the bypass script or if it's whitelisted, but it should also work on most other (community) sv_server and works just fine if you keep it updated.
