how can i add friend who met in game?

I had search his nickname but too many result are came out so i cant find him.
also i try "(Nckname)-Friend-friend who meet in last game" but there is only Team fortress 2 logo. No list of people who i met. how can i do? (sorry for unskilled english.)

if you played with them recently and didnt add them there heres what you do. Go to your steam client, the thing that you use to access your games, hover over your name that is next to the community button, click on friends, and in there, click on the recently played with tab. If you remember their name you can add them there.

within steam you can click names
on the socreboard in tf you can't ( cs has that option but tf doesn't )

unless you misphrased or miscontexted it ( it happens :p ) you are wrong within the given context of your comment :)

Go to *friends* then click 'recently played with' and he/she should be there

It shows myself as the most recent player I played with. Timestamp it shows? 14 minutes ago. I was just on a server.
The next person? Some guy I haven't seen today, and it tells me that I was in the same game as him 15 minutes ago. And I know that's a lie.
