BTW He is not a New Zealander. Just because he was born there doesn't make him a part of the culture. He was raised in Australia by Australian parents, so he is indeed Australian.
The Sniper's from New Zealand, but he was raised by his Australian parents.
I don't think the Scout is quite Boston, it's more of a New York accent or something like that, but we go along with it because it's "something like that".
And Ireland and the 13 colonies are also a part of the common wealth, now set the clock back several hundred years.
He's not Boston at all with his accent. However the phrases he uses and the "tough guy" Persona certainly fits in well with the North End here in Boston.
