How to bind "Drop intelligence"

I set my L key to another bind, not realizing that it was the intelligence drop command. How do I bind it to another key?

options > keyboard > drop briefcase under "Team Fortress"

dont do that it will cause all you controls to be reset. you wont be able to move attack or anything

Actually, unbindall is a secret script that removes the 10 item drops per week cap. Just used it again this week and found a free hat!
