Do you mean dead of night?

if so im pretty sure you can get it from unboxing unlocked cosmetic crates, crafting, random drop and of course steam market

also i couldnt find it on the community market theres only the strange ones because its a craft hat

got mine from crafting, i recommend trying to use your crates, trade them for some refs and try to buy it off a bot

tough if you want to craft it dont use untradeable stuff because then it will be, untradeable

bots do, if you have like 9 cases you can get one ref

idk, maybe try backpack.tf? there are some bots there, also scrap.tf has a pretty easy botting sytem but i heard it kinda of lies to you about some stranges and stuff

also yeah i tought i might say this too:
crafting is not a realiable way of proffiting, most of the corny cosmetics are worth alot sometimes (spy china mask for example)

most cosmetics are worth one ref and 2 reclaimed metal
so if you want to get cosmetic id recommend using scrap.tf maybe
