Spies are able to see enemy team chat? or everyone? is it a bug?

Did tf2 update or something? I somehow can see enemy chat? (the text chat, not voice)

No they are not able to do that. however if a spy uses a voice comand its plaid in their chat as that of the person you´r disguised it meaning they see the disguise of your´s call for medic in the chat even though you pressed E.

No its like, When the opposing team chats in their own team chats, I can see it, and apparently so can others.

Either they use public chat OR its a plugin. but the team chat is normaly restricted to the team and no one else not even spies.

It's got to be a bug probably. Im on Jermas nocrit server.

If its all chat, it wont say team. I can tell the Difference. It will even tell me if they are dead?

No, I didnt.
But I had a team member (idk if he was spy) but he saw it too. I think he was scout.

That is odd... Wonder how that happened, seems like an odd thing to bug up... I guess we will never know though, but it should be a function the spy has at his disposal, you can see health and players names and details as a spy, can use voice other players voice command so I dont see why not and would make a nice little buff, fairly useless 99% of the time but still...

well, the medic could say like, "(TEAM) RED Medic : Ubercharge Ready!" and the spy could be like "(TEAM) BLU Spy : they have an uber." so i guess it could be useful, sometimes

They should make an item as a replacement for the disguise kit that allows the spy to see enemy chat, hear enemy chat and know how full enemy uber is
