What's the Difference Between Control Points and Attack/Defence

On attack and defense, red is on defense, trying keep points from getting captured, and they can't recapture points.

On CP, both teams can capture points. Basically it's a territory capture mode thing.

CP is the over-arching gametype, and the Attack/Defend flavor is one at a time, where the teams switch, and there is no backtracking.
