The Fan O War is Good?

I think when people say the fan o war is bad they are using it the wrong way. It is not a melee weapon that you main a heavy with you hit someone else with it once then you switch to your scattergun and shoot them for mini crits. What do you think?

The idea is there, but it's not the best idea, since a few meatshots will take care of them about as fast as trying to melee-minicrit them and swap weapons.

I dunno, I like using the back scatter instead (for the minicrits from behind without needing to smack them once).

It's good for mvm.

In regular tf2, using it is riskier and only-extremely-situationally better than just going for scattergun shots instead. And you miss out on some of the free utility that other melees provide.

It's good for MvM and a nice spychecker weapon, but otherwise I'm not sure. It's situaional, at best I think.

You could have just shot them twice while keeping your Basher/Atomizer/Sandman/Wrap Assassin.
