How do I do the Scout bat-bonk stun thing?

I have tried looking for a taunt in the store and using the weapon taunt with the bat, but I can't figure out how to do it. It's where the scout hits a ball at the enemy then they get stunned.

dude bro.. do you know anything... you need the sand man then hit someone with a baseball with the sandman then taunt with the sandman to get a taunt kill... thats the taunt
