Source dedicated server 2007 tf/gameinfo.txt is missing

I'm trying to make a TF2 server with srds 2007. The tool works but when i click start server i get the error tf/gameinfo.txt is missing. Can someone please help, P.S. I don't want to be mean but don't comment if you're not going to help.

All operating systems - Verify integrity of game cache
Load Steam.
From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

There isn't
The plugins are outdated by now
And most likely incompatible with this version

What plugins are you referring to? Do you or don't you have a 2 year old solution to this problem?

try copying your tf2's "tf" folder into the dedicated server folder.
