What is wrong with valve’s software engineers? Their ability to debugging is like piece of shxt. Valve should’ve fired these useless engineers.

Most of old players do not want the new box and map update, just resolve bot and cheater problems.

It is deeply disappointing for us.

Report bots so they will get banned. I think lack of reports is why Chinese bots could avoid bans for longer – perhaps reports from Chinese guys are harder to read or even less common in a first place... so use English in your reports, just in case.

It is not English issue. I tried and our Chinese players who are Chinese/English bilinguals tried. But it did not work.

Well, if they see some report vs supposedly banned account and also see it played after game ban, they might just delete the account. So keep reporting.

Report them and move along. Apparently reporting system is working again. I myself had 10 messages of player getting banned after my report yesterday.

It sucks that Valve continues supporting Windows even though it's the main cause of the cheater problem
