Gary Schwartz blackvoiced Demoman for over 15 years

Gary Schwartz is a white man blackvoiced a black man since 2007. This is racist especially in our lord 2024 where he still does it. Shame on Valve for letting him get away with this. There are hard working black voice actors who can't find jobs cause white voice actors are stealing their jobs. Recast Demoman immediately and ban Gary from the industry! We can't let this keep happening.

Wasn't an issue until a certain year. I hear people in that year suddenly began using racism to fight racism. Aunt Gemima was suddenly outcast as a racist symbol (And now there's no black woman on a syrup bottle. That seems far more racist to me.). Disney totally latched onto it and decided to spearhead the problem with creative decisions I won't list here.

Eventually this spilled over into all sorts of politics. Unsurprisingly, if you told someone that they themselves were racist / sexist / bigoted for using prejudice speech against something they found to be offensive, they FREAK THE HELL OUT and explode, denying all allegations then they proceed to delete their social media accounts and start over. With fresh new insults and a brand new name.

I think whoever voiced the Demoman did a superb job. They told him "Let's do it!" and he was all, "LEEEEEEET'S DU EEEEEEET!!!!!" ~

Lots of implications in this comment that I won't confirm or deny, but yes. Voice actors can voice act anyone if they are fitting for the character, meaning they don't need to have the character's traits. Hell, Scout could be voiced by a girl for all that matters.
