recently, i traded in scrap tf my killstreak kit, after that i lost it, the site saying "trade is countered". after i check my inv, all are gone. my hard work is now done. i cant seem to recover them.

Beware of impersonator bots. They exist. The official scrap tf bots don't counter offers, they just cancel the trade request outright, including if YOU counter their offers. You just fell for a good old fashioned impersonation scam.

That's on you, steam sends you the offer you have to accept and it shows what each party will get, if you agreed to a single sided trade then you would have to confirm that this is present, personaly i use scrap for 3 years now and never got anything like that, no matter the item value

I wouldn't trust bots with anything more valuable than 2 refs, I'm sorry for your loss

Scrap goes thru steam and you have to open steam to confirm the trade, it's some fake site or a bot sprinkled with a dash of scam unawareness

Sounds like you got scammed by someone impersonating scrap. If you think it truly was them, this isn’t the place to report or complain about it.
