Team Fortress 2
Should there be a toggle option to hide cosmetics in TF2?
"Hide Custom Decals" toggle from the Summer Update or whatever it's called is beyond awesome, why not the cosmetic one?

The famous No Hat mod (the updated and maintained one) is great, but not a perfect replacement, and causes crashes at times for me.

What do you think?

There should be a toggle for cosmetics, sprays, and decals.
I don't know if it's necessary, but it'd be a nice option to have for people who don't like cosmetics and stuff I guess. I can see people complaining that their expensive unusuals are worthless "now" (they always were) because you can disable them in-game but it's such a nothing complaint that I don't care.

Tbh I don't think traders should really be considered on this matter, but that's just my humble subjective opinion.

No actual TF2 player would be against the idea of mine, I persynally think
And yes, they always were:

We need a toggle option for everything now, why not replace the attack button with the toggle button

officially supporting a way to disable hats as well as being able to create your own whitelist would be nice

Yep!
Will we get the toggle in 2031, or in 2054, you think?

For once, I agree with these kind of posts.

it's got to be a year that doesn't align with the biennial savetf2 protests because it'd be contradictory to include a way to disable cosmetics in an update that also adds more pacifier cosmetics.
