more of the same really, ugly trader bait unusuals, no war paints, taunts are mediocre (but at least theyre actual taunts), no really outstandingly ugly (ok besides that soldier set) or good hats
it did include the closest we'll ever get to a balance change in modern tf2 though
this update relies more on a "omg half life / MF DOOM reference" rather than a "omg this is a cool original cosmetic," and ofc the typical post-valve abandonment procedure of stacking 32 unusual effects in each update to make it seem like the updates have heavier value
The bug fixes and QoL changes added were genuinely pretty nice to see, and I hope we can get more stuff like that in the future, it's not the most amazing stuff the game's ever seen, but it's good to have. I'd give that part like an 8/10.
