• Check if the noise maker has any restrictions on it like only being able to be used during Scream Fortress or during Team Fortress’s birthday.
• Make sure it’s equipped in the action slot for the class you’re trying to use it for.
• Make sure you have your action button binded in your in-game keyboard settings.
