Not that I'm aware of.

You might still be able to 'borrow' it from the item store, which will give you a temporary, non tradeable, not usable in crafting version of that weapon.

Used to last for about a week, I think, before needing to borrow it again.

You can 'try out' the item in which I think you receive a non-tradible version of the item for a week (Or until 'next Tuesday' from what I remember)

I dont think so but you can just go to scrap.tf and get one for half a scrap like any other weapong in the game so yeah.
