How long are community server bans? (Getting kicked from a community server)

While playing a community server, someone tried to kick me since I was being a separate class when we were all suppose to be heavies. Although the BLU team were suppose to be heavies (The server wasn't moderated, but being any other class would basically guarantee you would die), on the couple of days beforehand, no other person had a problem with being another class. This server was my favorite, so I'm wondering how long am I banned from a server after being kicked.

Edit: Came back to the server, however the same guy just kicked me even though I was Heavy (wasn't switching to engineer this time). I said it was rude of him to even kick me, and without anymore reason, he just kicked me again.
Additionally, if you're wondering, any class on BLU are restricted to melee only.

If you get kicked you can join again, if banned depends on the community server. They show how long you got a ban on their website or their discord server.

Alright, also they keep on kicking me and insisted that I'm a "cheater". Engineer is the only class you can switch without "cheating", it's more of an exploit. So I can barely join the server without the same guy kicking me, and the only time that "cheats" are around is when you switch to other classes beside the Engineer.
