there should be hats on the steam market make sure you ticked the boxes that are for the type of quality it is (I think you want the yellow normal quality for the cheapest hats)

im only like level 7 and i think that get at LEAST one thing, so you can use voiceline, but probably get a starter pack as they have so many items, it helps as even if you get more of those items later, you can trade them or make scrap! tell me if this sucks btw
