Sourcemod and Metamod Issues

After updating my tf2 server to the newest version, sourcemod and metamod do not work anymore, as well as the plugins. Have new versions of these two items not been updated to work with the newest version, or am I doing something wrong? I think it might be me since I have installed the files several times and nothing changes and I get the Unknown Command "sm" error as well as Unknown Command "meta" I have seen other servers with working plugins, so idk what to do. For reference, I downloaded the newest versions of both sourcemod and metamod, extracted metamod into D:\tf2_server\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2 Dedicated Server\tf and then extracted sourcemod into D:\tf2_server\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2 Dedicated Server\tf which I believe is correct, any info is appreciated.

try using the srcds instead of srcds_win64
mine still work but not in x64 server

I assume this would not allow players on the x64 version of the game to join?

no x64 works fine on x32 servers

Thats odd, I cannot join my own server if it is not the newest version of tf2

Is your server in 64-bit or 32-bit?

Yeah, You'd have to run your server in 32-bit in order to make sourcemod and metamod work. I had a similiar problem with this situation, So i contacted customer support and here's what they have to say "64-bit should NOT work with the plugin/addons due to them not working for this binary. In order to get these plugins/addons working, You'd have to go back to the 32 bit binary." You will likely need to reinstall the server in order to set the server up in 32-bit binary
