Confirmed that its no longer listed there.
Not that I launched it from geforce experience, but I could count on the "Optimize Game" function working correctly.

I had the same issue. I reinstalled the game and it still didn't show up in GeForce, but I was able to record my gameplay.

This is the result of TF2 updating its exe. Team Fortress 2 used to be hl2.exe, but it is now tf_win64.exe

Please don't bother with reinstalling the game and simply wait for Geforce to update their list of supported games to include 64 bit of Team Fortress 2, or simply force it somehow.

Alternatively, you can use -vulkan in the launch options, which seems to work, but it means running TF2 in Vulkan instead of DirectX
