How do i get premium tf2??
let's say i have to buy something in the mann co. store. Can that be ANYTHING?
like, a 0.03$ item and still get premium, or i have to buy something starting from some higher price?

The Mann Co. store just requires a purchase in general. You can rent a weapon then buy it for the cheapest price possible and that will make your TF2 account premium.

It can be anything from the in-game store of any price

Keep in mind that some cases will bring you to the community market. If it says, "On Market", then it will not give you premium. I would recommend you buy a Mann Co Ticket or something like that.
