If you want to, a couple things you can do if other players really bother you is just disable a bunch of settings. You can also completely disable the text chat and voice chat by going to Multiplayer > Advanced > unchecking Enable Text Chat/Voice Chat. In that same menu there is an option to disable sprays.

As far as I know there's no way to disable CO decals player-side, so the most you can do is just... ignore them. Maybe use the 'No' voice command if you feel it.

Calling someone a tryhard is one of the greatest compliments you could do.
Some people are really sweaty though, to the point that you question whether they have fun. It just makes it more satisfying if you kick their ass.

As for toxicity, you'll find that everywhere. In moderated games, they are still there, but they usually get banned after raging.

Tryhards on their way to reach 30+ killstreak (their life depending on it)
