It was in a discussion earlier, bots seem to be tolerable, player count is roughly the same

its shocking how 70-80% of players in tf2 right now could be bots. but its just no one cares even tho that goofy savetf2 stuff wasnt even a good idea which is was a horrible one at that, it didn't help one bit because all the bots came back after that 1 singular update people thought it would've gotten rid of all of them all though it only took out 10k then that tripled right after

Assuming you're talking about trading/idle bots, then that is no secret to the forum dwellers
but its just no one cares
Correct, we don't care becus there's nothing we can do about it
even tho that goofy savetf2 stuff wasnt even a good idea which is was a horrible one at that, it didn't help one bit because all the bots came back after that 1 singular update people thought it would've gotten rid of all of them all though it only took out 10k then that tripled right after
#savetf2 didn't even had anything to do with the 64bit update. The movement just overhyped it that it would resolve the bot crisis, even though it didn't add any improvements to the anti-cheat

Not everyone here is a forum dweller tho, some are quite new here, so its still good information is spread

It's unchangeable. Probably a good thing, drives the price of their items, and the playerbase is low.

Valve does not care. By their statistics the game scores up high in their charts. So... what was the question?

Like I said in the other thread with the same video, I was personally interested knowing that the main crisis was around bots collecting items and not bots set out to ruin everyone's day. I really didn't expect people to be so greedy that they'd actively set up over 100 bots just to sell cases that are worth less than a dollar.

Tf2 is 17 years old, the community takes the fact that there's still official servers for granted and still complains.

Literally the only way you guys will finally believe that 90% of the playercount are bots, and it's because a youtuber made a video

True, We've been telling this community for a long time that the playercount is not accurate,
Nobody believed us until a youtuber makes a video about it.

the youtube video and its knowledge of it took over 1.5 years (1 year and 6 months) just to get the rounded % of how much bots there where and what type they were. I didnt post this just to spread it, i posted it because it tells us the shocking part of tf2 and bots.

ok?
The video is an interesting insight to a huge issue, but it's being overblown. In the end, it's not particularly shocking. It just confirms that TF2 isn't dying or thriving. It's just there.
