its like cancer. if you get to it and remove it early you have a better change of surviving then if you leave it to fester and grow inside until it kills you
- press tab whenever you join the game. look for common bot names and call them out in chat immediately. if there aren't enough humans on your team to kick the bots, immediately requeue instead of wasting time
- to pass the time, you can play vaccinator medic and/or fists of steel heavy. bots on the enemy team cant kill you as easily
- ive noticed bots hop between servers in large numbers, leaving the server nearly empty. so if that happens, cancel your queue, then work with your teammates to kick new bots that arise until your team is filled with legit players
- when you get a game full of normal players, you're pretty much done with the headache. continue to stay on the lookout for new bots that join the match and they wont even be able to leave the spawn room before they're kicked.
it might be hard, but keep on requeuing and i can guarantee you'll eventually find that good server and have fun. uNTIL THE BUG WHERE YOU CANT VOTE ON THE NEXT MAP HAPPENS
oh right i forgot to mention that. use community servers when you can.
teamwork.tf's community quickplay is much, MUCH better than the ingame community server browser, and also tells you if the server has rtd commands or some other annoying plugin
