What's going on with Scrap.tf?

I've been gone from TF2 for a bit but now I've come back and wanted to change up my mercs. I usually use Scrap.tf but when I went to go buy some cosmetics it said there was no bots I was able to trade with. Does anyone know what's going on with Scrap.tf bots or when they're going to be back online? This is the only way I know how to sell items for a good price in a short amount of time and would like to know when I can return to selling/buying cosmetics on Scrap.tf.

Scrap.tf bots have been shut down for a while (ever since I have returned to tf2 atleast, which was around last month)
The only thing I can recommend is to surf around backpack.tf or use
stntrading
