why does people hate furries?

i dont know why furry hate is a big thing in this community i know alot of ultra nice furries that deserve more then being kicked every game for being a furry. so if you hate furries or is supportive of furry hate why? if not also why?

I have no idea. lots of people generalize communities into only the few horrid people in them. i mean look how most tf2 players treat lgbtq+ people. idk why woman get so much ♥♥♥♥ tho.

Because people see us as degenerates. I don't blame them. Tho it's not all furries, there are way too many degenerates in the fandom.

As for the furry hate inside TF2: I think it's because we usually wear obnoxious loadouts, specially on Pyro.

If a group exists there will be an anti-group, in the case of people who hate furries it's typically children and bigots mostly both at once and they usually grow out of it, it's a pretty temporary opinion from what I've seen.
also I have never been kicked for being a furry nor seen it happen. I have however seen people be kicked for really meaningless things so I imagine it does occur.
Just as an example I've seen a player be kicked from my team simply for having their name be a french word, I've also seen a player kicked from my team for asking "how do I rocket jump?".

Furries are the least harmful community in this game,the worst they do is spray or hsve porn objectors,witch might be repulsive for some but is ultimately harmless

idk, i think it mostly stems from a lack of knowledge about the community. They either don't know what a furry is (and likely don't care to learn) or see the bad actors and assume that's most of the community. That or they just think they're weird and instead of going about their day they just decide to ruin others'.

Yeah. Not a fan of those because they usually butcher Pyro's appearance, but I admit many furry loadouts look good.

I prefer them over the "foreskin merc" loadouts and other meme bs.

i have some many friends/classmates that say because my favorite game of all time is celeste i would love one shot (because they both have a deep and a good story) i am planing to buy it but not for now do you recommend it?
