people cant see my sprays
no im not on valve servers and yes i have all the options enabled

Each of your server's visitors need to enable sprays. You've obviously turned yours on but if you still can't see your own then thats a bug(not that it breaks gameplay).

my friend has sprays on and we have tested on servers with sprays on and he still cant see my sprays :(

I don't know, but I'm almost sure that they have been disabled - they nor work for me

More and more servers have them disabled unfortunately, a huge part of the game's culture snuffed out from owner's being afraid of a few bad actors.
