best loadouts against soldier and demo mains?

Lately I've been fighting a lot of soldiers and demos, but dodging their attacks and airblasting their projectiles hasn't been enough to stop em, so I was wondering what loadouts y'all know that could make the life of those classes a living nightmare if used right

I suck at aiming as spiner, although the huntsman does work wonders sometimes, so that's an idea I'll have to try when playing spiner

Flare Gun for secondary, if they constantly blast jump towards you, maybe the Reserve Shooter would help.

don't play pyro is really the best advice I can give

if you insist then realize you have to play defensively since pyro isn't really good for a 1v1

Switch to Scout and equip Soda Popper, it has anti-projectile button in it.

Degreaser and Reserve Shooter is pretty effective against soldiers.

pyro with scortch shot is a great counter to soldier and demo. scout is also a good counter but you need a lot of open ground and it's always important to flank, pyro does better in close quarters and sudden ambushes.

soldier is also a counter against soldier and demo, but then you have to get good at soldier and that means rocket jumping which is a pain to learn.

Consider using Reserve Shooter for once. Its pretty much a soldier-counter for Pyro. Not so much against demos - unless you can grenade launch them, but eh... Pyro in general is a sh*t pick against demos these days, your fat ass is an easy target for their direct hit grenades and it only takes 2 to kill you. Pyro has not nearly enough DPS to outdo that i found out, so your best bet against them is just being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and spamming them with scorch shot or something.

as a demo main, play an aggresive scout (i cant hit my pipes)
