It seems all you need to do is have two keybinds(or one if you know how) to toggle between 210 and 999. Then just turn "normally".

If you have a laptop that has a touch screen, just press your finger literally anywhere on the screen and the camera will go nuts. I used to have a Surface laptop that could do this. Needless to say, a few people thought I was a bot.

Try this:
bind "KP_SLASH" "cl_yawspeed 210"
bind "KP_MULTIPLY" "cl_yawspeed 999"

These are the / and * keys on the number pad only.

Adjust however you like.

Look up quickly, left and right with a high sensitivity. Then spam c + 7 which is “nice shot” if I can remember.

I tried this as Heavy once as our sniper was trolling, the enemies wanted to kick me
